Responsibilities:
- Prepare the workstation (check the condition of processing equipment, tools, smallware, and utensils)
- Divide and shape dough; carry out final proofing and bake products on a mechanized line
- Monitor dough-piece weights and readiness for baking
- Control baking temperature and steam parameters
- Prepare, produce, and proof confectionery and bakery items in line with approved production and storage procedures
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Cool, freeze, and store semi-finished and finished goods in compliance with applicable regulations
- Follow all sanitary rules and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Secondary vocational education (Culinary Technician)
- Knowledge of baking processes for bakery and confectionery products and proper operation/maintenance of production equipment
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Serbian and Croatian national cuisine
- Strong organizational skills
- Creativity

- Ability to keep a clean and organized workspace and attention to detail

Conditions:
