Responsibilities:
- Place timely orders with suppliers for required products and raw materials
- Handle delivery of semi-finished goods and raw materials to the dining hall; manage finished products: distribution and plating/serving
- Perform primary processing and preparations: washing, drying, cutting, etc
- Prepare tasty, ready-to-serve meals in line with standards for primary and heat treatment, as well as established cooking procedures
- Adhere to product consumption/norms
- Monitor the correct operation of equipment and other fixed assets used in the kitchen
- Oversee table service
- Prepare required reports/documents
Requirements:
- Education: university or secondary vocational (Chef)
- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen processes
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with Serbian and Croatian national cuisine
Conditions:
- The work schedule depends on the project
- Transportation, accommodation and three meals a day is at the company's expense
