Responsibilities:
- Develop menus in line with the established nutrition plan, product range, and the availability/condition of kitchen, refrigeration, and non-mechanical equipment in the canteen.
- Supervise food preparation processes and ensure compliance with storage regulations and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Education: university or secondary vocational (Chef).
- Solid knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen processes.
Conditions:
- 2 mo ON / 1 mo OFF or 3 mo ON / 1 mo OFF rotation
- Fee-of-charge travelling services from a point of personnel collection to one’s work location and way back
